We occasionally offer the option to pre order some sold out or new styles. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be noted on the product page and at checkout. Payment for pre orders is taken upfront and we will dispatch your item as soon as it becomes available.
Please note, on rare occasions there can be unexpected delays in manufacture or shipping. We will keep you updated with any unforeseen delays.

You will be charged immediately on completing your order with us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. For residents outside the UK VAT will be removed automatically when your shipping country is entered, please note this include taxes and duties in the price.
For international orders, all VAT and duties are included in the price shown. Your order will be sent delivered duties paid via DHL.
For UK deliveries we use DPD.

We ship worldwide so please visit our EU webstore if you are from European countries, visit the US webstore for USA and Mexico and for rest of world visit our UK webstore.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return this to us within 28 days of receipt in its original, unused condition and with all original tags.
UK Returns: We offer free returns for UK orders. Click here to start your return process, follow the instructions in the portal and drop off your parcel at your nearest post office.
International Returns: We do not offer free international returns; a return charge will be deducted off your refund. Click here to start your return process, follow the instructions in the portal and drop off your parcel at your nearest DHL drop off point.
You can request an exchange via our returns portal, please select the new size you would like and this will be dispatched out to you free of charge, subject to availablity. Please note orders placed using our Harper services or shipped internationally are not eligible for exchange.
Returns outside out 28 days returns timeframe will not be accepted in our return’s portal. If your return is outside this timeframe, please contact help@cefinn.com for further information.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your parcel. You will be notified when this has been delivered and processed via email.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days from being issued to show in your account, this will depend on your bank’s processing time.

Yes, we have introduced a new returns portal to make returning items as seamless as possible. All returns are tracked, and you will receive email communications throughout your parcel’s journey back to us.
You will find a product specific size guide on each product page, this will show the garment measurement of each individual product. You will be able to compare your own measurements (bust, waist, hips, shoulders and length) to determine which size you fall into.
You can find more details about product fit in the product description. All of our products fit true to size unless otherwise stated, therefore we recommend taking your standard UK size.

If your size is out of stock, sign up to our back in stock alerts. Select your out-of-stock size and click the 'email me if back in stock' button, enter your email and you will be notified if this comes back into stock.
