Midweight Graphic Designer

Contract: Permanent
Location: Head Office, London
Role Type: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site, 2 at home

As Graphic Designer you will create inspirational content that reflects and builds the Cefinn brand identity and support our ambitious plans for growth. You will lead the design and delivery of all our brand and marketing creative including assets for our website, digital advertising and social channels as well as weekly email newsletters, catalogues, lookbooks and materials for PR and our Wholesale channel.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver content and assets for Cefinn’s website, email newsletters, social media channels, affiliate banners and digital advertising.

- Design catalogue and other direct mail material, including colour management, ensuring artwork is print ready in line with the critical path.

- Design and deliver look books to support our wholesale channel and PR calendar.

- Design and update internal and external presentations, invitations and branded materials for events and other ad hoc activities.

- Create colour match masters and retouch photography as required.

- Be a brand and visual gatekeeper, ensuring only exceptional design that is on-brand and effective is present for review and sign-off.

- Assist broader business as required (including supporting at Sample Sales and Trunk Shows).

About You

- Live in the UK and have a valid UK work permit.

- Have a BA Hons level Graphics Degree (or equivalent level graphics degree). 

- Creative with keen eye for fashion and luxury branding with proven experience in both digital and print skills.

- Highly organised and able to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver to deadlines.

- Ability to work at a fast pace from initial briefs to finished results.

- Excellent understanding of branding and identity.

- A collaborative mind-set and team player with good communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong creative research skills.

- A mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Fiance Manager

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a bright and motivated Finance Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a young and growing premium
womenswear fashion brand. Applicants must be able to start immediately or at
short notice.

Duties and Responsibilities

Be the key point of contact on financial and accounting matters.
Manage all AP, AR (expense & invoice processing, payment runs, petty cash, credit control, sales), and supervise the part-time accounts assistant
Ensure all statutory requirements are met re. HMRC (VAT, PAYE, P11Ds, Annual Accounts)
Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
Manage and improve the month-end process (bank recs, balance sheet recs).
Manage monthly review meetings with budget holders.
Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
Manage monthly payroll process in liaison with external provider.
Manage the process of the outsourced statutory account preparation.

About You

Strong finance / bookkeeping experience
Previous experience in Retail/Wholesale an advantage
Knowledge of Bright Pearl software an advantage
High attention to detail, organised and methodical.
Self-starter, independent, efficient
Positive can-do attitude, committed to delivering highest quality of service
